Meetings

Board of directors meetings are held on a monthly basis. All residents and owners are invited to attend. There is open forum held at each meeting. This is the time for your questions, comments, or concerns. You are invited to stay for the rest of the meeting however this time is allotted for the board to conduct business. It is requested that you only observe but not contribute to the conversation. The only time the meeting is closed to residents/owners is when the board has to go into executive session to discuss legal, violations, contractors, and any other private issues.
