About Us
Terrace Towne Homes of Woodlawn is a community of brick town house style condominiums located in the Mount Vernon area of Alexandria, Virginia. All homes have a outside entry. Patios are attached to most and are landscaped for privacy. Each home has two levels with two bedrooms, a bath, a spacious living room, kitchen and a separate laundry room. The development consists of 30 buildings all located within a half mile circle. Each building has five units, creating a community of 149 households, with a community meeting place. Large trees are all around the perimeter giving the community the feeling of privacy.

Management
Terrace Towne Homes is currently managed by Advantage Community Management Corp., that is responsible for the billing and collection of Association dues, overseeing the landscape maintenance contractor, enforcement of the By-Laws, Grounds and Landscape improvements and the general administration of the Association. Advantage Community Mangement is accountable to the Board of Directors.
The Association Governing Documents allow for the establishment of a Board of Directors which has ultimate financial responsibility for the Association as well as responsibility for the administration and affairs of the community. The Board of Directors has the authority to enforce the By-Laws, to manage the common elements, provide services, regulate activities, levy assessments, and impose fines.

Directions
From 495 (the beltway) take the Ft. Belvoir/Route 1 south exit. Travel 8 miles south on Route 1 (Richmond Highway) to Lukens Lane. Turn left at Lukens Lane. Directly behind the shopping area turn left onto Walutes Circle. (Beyond the entrance to Terrace Towne Homes is a Fairfax County Fire Station.
