Terrace Towne Homes of Woodlawn is a community of brick town house style condominiums located in the Mount Vernon area of Alexandria, Virginia. All homes have an outside entry. Directions

From 495 (the beltway) take the Ft. Belvoir/Route 1 south exit. Travel 8 miles south on Route 1 (Richmond Highway) to Lukens Lane. Turn left at Lukens Lane. Directly behind the shopping area turn left onto Walutes Circle. (Beyond the entrance to Terrace Towne Homes is a Fairfax County Fire Station.)

Management Company

Terrace Towne Homes is currently managed by Burke Community Management Group, that is responsible for the billing and collection of Association dues, overseeing the landscape maintenance contractor, enforcement of the By-Laws, Grounds and Landscape improvements and the general administration of the Association. Burke Community Management Group is accountable to the Board of Directors.
